9.1 Conflict resolution between the Company and the Investor shall be held in the format of negotiations or in accordance with applicable law.
9.2. Any Promoter must refrain from any Pay Per Click (PPC) or Search Engine Marketing (SEM) activity, including but not limited to Google Adwords, Bing Ads, in terms of
(i) advertising on behalf of surebinary.com and leading users directly to surebinary.com Systems, the Promoter’s website or any other third party website as a result of that paid advertising, as well as
(ii) bidding on surebinary.com brand terms, including any forms of misspellings and typos, also
(iii) using surebinary.com brand terms, including any misspellings or typos within the paid ads text, and
(iv) directly competing against surebinary.com ads in order to show on the search results pages.
